The bank I ordered was as beautiful as I had hoped. I truly thought it was made of some sort of hard plastic but the description does say ceramic so I’ll be sure the recipient knows that it is fragile, so to keep it out of reach of her new little one. I bought a customized flower piggy bank (pink and burgundy flowers) for my friend's daughter and it was just beautiful. I thought the name was too long to fit, but the artist read my instructions and made it work. I was truly pleased. Well boxed and protected. I wish I'd known about this company when my kids were little, but better late than never :-) 5 stars from me!!
