Shipping and Production Times
Our production time typically ranges from 1 to 7 days. Some items may be processed more quickly, while others may take longer, especially during peak holiday seasons. Please refer to delivery times.
Delivery Time
We predominantly use UPS Ground for shipping, which generally takes 2 to 6 days for delivery.
Rush Orders
If you require expedited processing, please select our rush order listing if you need your item in less than 3 to 5 days after it has been painted. Additionally, choose expedited shipping at checkout. Please note that adding a "need by" date to your order will not expedite production; each order is processed sequentially, and a rush fee is required for expedited service.
Rush orders for piggy banks will still adhere to a 2-3 day shipping window due to the time required for the paint to cure. Your order will be shipped according to the shipping preference selected at checkout.
Product Quality and Durability
Each product is meticulously hand-painted with high-quality paints. For longevity, we recommend hand washing wine glasses, dog treat jars, and bowls to preserve the integrity of the design. Although the paint manufacturer states that these items are top-rack dishwasher safe, hand washing is advised to ensure that your products remain in excellent condition for years to come.

If you do not find the design you are looking for, please contact us via email. We may be able to create a custom design for our wine glasses, piggy banks, or dog treat jars and bowls.

Yes, we offer gift options! We do not include pricing in our packages and provide complimentary gift notes. Enter the recipient's address in the 'Ship To' section at checkout and provide your gift message in the designated box.

Customer Satisfaction
We value our customers and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges or returns. However, if you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order, and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues.
If you order arrives broken, please send the order number and photos of the broken product, the inside box and outer box including the shipping label. Please send to ann@brusheswithaview.com with in 5 days. I will file a claim with the shipping company and replace your product.

Do you need your order rushed? Please purchase this listing, if you need it faster than 3-5 days ( regular shipping times) AFTER its been painted please choose expedited shipping at checkout.
Adding a need by date on the order will not rush your order. I paint each order as it comes in and will not bump your order without a rush fee.
