Personal Details
As I ship orders to the address provided in the order form, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are providing the correct information. Once your order has been shipped out, it is no longer my responsibility and I cannot be held for any delivery mishaps.
Photography
All photography is purely for promotional usage, as each item is individually painted, there may be small variations to your order.
Orders
All orders are confirmed automatically once your payment has been received.
Time frames
Although I am to get orders sent out within a week maximum, there are times where I busy and unable to make that. You will be given a guideline of when I will be able to send you your purchase. These are only guidelines and should not be taken as a definite. Once your order has placed , I do not accept cancellations or refunds.
Payment and Security
No card payment is stored on this website. All payment information is sent via PayPal which can be used without having an account. PayPal can be used by adding your email address. I respect and honor your right to privacy. No personal information will be sold to another company or individual. I will only contact you for a specific reason related to your purchase.
Pricing information
All prices are in USD ($) and any additional sales tax for New Jersey Residents will be added at the checkout.
Each item is priced accordingly to the amount of time spent on design and production. Each price can be seen on its page.
Additional services such as rush design fee, gift wrap and delivery charges are not included in the final price.
Delivery costs are determined by USPS according to the weight of the order and the type of service used. If you would like to change the delivery method used, there may be additional charges applicable.
Prices may be changed at any point without notice. Any price quotations given up to 30 days in advance to a price change will be honored.
Discounts
Only one discount code can be used at a time per order per person.
Discounts can not be used with any other promotion.
Cancellations and Return
Policy after delivery I want you to be happy with your order and the service provided. If your product arrived broken, please let me know right away and I will replace it. If I am unable to replace it in a timely manner you will be refunded AFTER you send the photos needed for a claim to be filed.
I will ship them out ASAP at no extra cost to you. To be eligible for a replacement of a broken product please send photos of the product and the shipping box(es) to ann@brusheswithaview.com
If I make a mistake, I will send out replacement just as quickly as I can, once I have received a photo of the error.
Please be sure to let me know if an error occurred within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Unfortunately due to the nature of my business, I do not accept returns on personalized items that include information such as names, dates or custom messages unless there is a mistake on my behalf.
For all other items, please let us know within seven (7) days of receipt and I will be happy to exchange or refund your money minus 15% restocking fee.
You will need to return the item with a return authorization number with in 14 days. No exceptions. Without this number, your item will not be valid for an exchange or refund. Please note that shipping costs, gift wrap, rush design service. Returning a purchase may incur extra costs depending on your requirements.
Substitutes
Sometime we may have to substitute a product and may be slightly different than the product in the photo we try to match it as best as possible.
